This is where the Welsh landed in 1865... I donīt know why they chose this part of Argentina, because there are miles of semi desert, a few sheep... which they probably brought with them... and the occasional small town.
Travelling overland at least lets you see that, were one to inherit a million acres in Patagonia from a long lost Uncle, one would not need to be too cheerful about it!
It is raining... it hasnīt rained here for 5 months.
Will visit the museum tomorrow. It is near our campsite.
Then there are a couple of days driving before we arrive in Buenos Aires.
Is it a sheep? That's the reply to your text.
And I know why we went there..it was just like Wales-but with less rain..don't forget we own 'The Green Green Grass of Home'!
I think you might earn yourself a ticket to a 6 nations match at home if you make it back before March 21st!
We tanked the Aussies at the Cardiff stadium last Saturday and(more importantly)we were there!Along with Kathrin( remember her-ex-St. Cyres school-now back in Dortmund and expecting 1st baby in March with lovely German man)I have promised her that we(the aunties) would visit around Easter-as well as Gaby et al.
I hope you win the Christmas card comp.-just rally your friends around the world and win the category for cards received in the most languages! We (in Wales) will do our best to help.
